Happy Christmas, Merry Christmas. With all this Happy Holidays stuff (although not so much this year) I'm losing track of my happies and merries - although, perhaps, it's the egg nog.

I have absolutely no idea why this song tops most of the Christmas (or for that matter any other) polls.

Perhaps I'm starting from the wrong place with it...

Tiberias, like you I'm missing something with this song and the performance.
Maybe there is a subliminal message that just isn't getting through to me.
