Drudge is going crazy over a report that Hillary Clinton told Bill Richardson that Barack Obama “cannot win” when Richardson called to tell her that he was endorsing Obama. However, others are saying that it was Richardson who told the Clintons that Obama couldn’t win when he was reassuring them that he was not going to throw his weight behind the Illinois Senator.

April 4th, 2008 9:55amWhatever who said to whom, in whichever order, the Clinton campaign has pricked the Obama mystery/new boy on the block/hope and change/new politics bubble. If he gets through the primaries have already ecposed him as another dishonest left of centre politician, that will be added to hugely in the real election. I still maintain that a dead heat goes Hilary's way with the supers. Just watch the Dem. wobble between now and early June - the earliest they can hope to resolve it. And the idea that Gore can ride to the rescue is for little green men in flying saucers.

April 4th, 2008 10:00pmOnce America gets a good look at the liberal ideology of Obama I have serious doubts he can win too. For now, he's getting a pass until the general election. Once the Republican attack machine begins Obama ship is going to take on serious water. My guess is that his campaign will sink.

April 5th, 2008 10:32amTotally agree with Jeff. The MSM, here in Europe and back in the states, hven't done "their side" a favor by treating Obama with kid gloves. The man behind the curtain will be exposed before the general election.
