Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc intends to return up to £19m to Shareholders by way of a tender offer.
Since 2004, the company has returned approximately £31.7m of cash to shareholders through the purchase of a total of 23,042,622 ordinary shares, representing approximately 14.1% of the existing issued share capital of the company.
It said that in continuation of this buy-back strategy, it is the company's intention to purchase approximately 2-3% of the existing issued share capital of the company on an annual basis providing it enhances earnings per ordinary share.

MORNING REPORT: Headline shares made strong opening gains, led by a surge in mining stocks as metals prices rebounded, with gold hitting a new high, and with commercial property issues making further progress.
At 8:30am, the FTSE100 was up 34.37 points at 5,330.75 with the FTSE250 ahead 79.2 points at 9,452.94 and the FTSE Smallcaps 9.09 points better at 2,834.18.
ASIAN MARKETS
In Asia this morning, the Nikkei was up 20.87 points at 9,791.18, while the Hang Seng was recently ahead 390.35 points at 22,943.98.

Robert Wiseman Dairies raised its interim dividend 15% after reporting a 62% rise in operating profit to £21.6m from £13.3m.
Turnover for the period to 3 October rose 7% to £423.9m from £396.3m. Sales volumes were up 11.3% to 851.3m litres.
Operating profit per litre rose to 2.54ppl from 1.74ppl, reflected in an operating margin rise to 5.1% from 3.4%.
Adjusted earnings per share increased by 85.7% to 20.67p from 11.13p. The interim dividend was increased to 5.75p per share from 5.00p.

Insurer Amlin said performance in the first ten months of the year has been excellent. Profitability has been enhanced by a 52% increase in premiums to £1.374bn.
The firm said there had been low claims incidence and a strong investment performance.
The gross written premium (before deduction of brokerage) for the ten months to end-October 2009 was up 52% at £1.3746.bn (2008: £904.1m). The increase was supported by the appreciation of the US Dollar relative to sterling. At constant exchange rates written premium increased by 31.4%.
