One sure way of starting an argument over the breakfast table in our house is to mention the latest ups and downs in the immunisation debate. At the risk of being struck over the head with a plate, I'll just point out that Bad Science columnist Ben Goldacre has paid a return visit to the scene of the crime. Most of his anger is reserved for journalists who covered the story.
