Under an English sky

Monday, 8th September 2008

Someone suggested we should throw a street-party to celebrate the fact that the sun almost came out today. Small Town Scribbles has been keeping track of the Indian summer in her neck of the woods:

MONDAY: light rain, followed by rain

TUESDAY: heavy rain, clouds, rain

WEDNESDAY: heavy rain, followed by light rain, with clouds

THURSDAY: spells of rain, with cloud

FRIDAY: heavy rain storms with risk of flooding

SATURDAY: weather warning, torrential rainfall

SUNDAY: light rain with sunny spells

Yes, that just about sums up the last four months.
