Among the inmates

Sunday, 26th October 2008

I've just been trying to read the latest call to arms over at The Corner

My greatest concern is whether this election will show a majority of the voters susceptible to the appeal of a charismatic demagogue...
He means Obama, of course. I gave up at that point. Once again, John Cole sums it all up better than I ever could in a post devoted to another of The Corner's  leading orators:
The downward spiral continues at the nation’s premier site for conservative thought. By this time next week, I fully expect McCarthy to be using graffiti he has read on stall doors in public bathrooms as a source for the revelation that after Obama receives the votes of tens of millions of Americans, he plans to murder them with Bill Ayers.
Oh, and I see that Atlas Shrugs -  one of the blogs that the more unhinged pundits have come to rely on - thinks that Colin Powell is an agent of, ahem, "stealth jihad". It goes wihout saying that Obama is a Marxist whose "mentors, benefactors and closest advisers are Jew haters".

Yes, just  another noisy day in the madhouse.
