Film actor Alex Baldwin thinks the massively over-hyped "No Country For Old Men" is "a metaphor for Iraq and the post 9/11 world." Coffee Houser Hywel Williams seems to agree. I have to admit that the parallel passed me by entirely. Isn't it a little like saying "Bonnie & Clyde" (a much better film) was all about Vietnam?
Anyway, as I mentioned yesterday, I'm no lover of blood and gore. Except when it's done by the Pythons. Anyone for tennis?
