The New Statesman's Mehdi Hasan and columnist Peter Hitchens are having a back and forth over the question of whether the BBC is biased. Hasan puts forward a list of names (including Andrew Neil's) as evidence for his claim that the Corporation leans to the Right; Hitchens, of course, isn't buying it. One reason they can't agree, as you might expect, is that they have very different ideas as to what conservatism actually is.
