Boris has been out and about with his new Commissioner for Sport, Labour MP Kate Hoey. The Standard's Paul Waugh pops the all-important question: 

I couldn't resist today asking her whether she did indeed vote for Ken. Her reply was a masterpiece of non-denial denial. "Er...when was the election...I can't remember!" 
Incidentally, Waugh reports that Boris went down well with the kids in enemy territory:  
There's no question that some locals were extremely wary of a Tory in their midst. But Boris was, yet again, somehow in his element here.
