Unity?

James Forsyth 4:44am

During Hillary’s speech the floor staff handed out poster-sticks with the word unity on one side and the name Hillary or Obama on the other. When the people standing around me realised this, about a third of them handed the stick back and asked for one with the name of their candidate on.

Now, I’m not suggesting this means that the Democrats will be split in November but it does show that the wounds still linger. Indeed, in the queue to come in when security seemed to be talking age—understandably, considering the arrest yesterday of various people on suspicion of a plan to assassinate Senator Obama yesterday—several Clinton supporters around me were griping about this being an anti-Hillary conspiracy.
