If Brown is still in place at the end of Winter, he will be in place 'till 2010.
Mr Waugh is just trying to keep people's interest.
But that has gone along with the Labour Party's chances for the next ten/fourteen years.

But that's nine months away. Why must we wait so long?

The bit about planning cracks me up, you mean to say that what he does is planned.

According to Jackie Ashley Gordon is really frustrated by his own performance! That one really made me laugh.

Cavalier, because it is a prediction that is close enough to sound interesting and feasible, but far enough away that, if it doesn't come true, few people will remember that the prediction was made in the first place.

I’m amazed anyone could suggest Miliband would not make the situation for Labour worse. They cannot win without the White Working Class vote and have lost it due to the domination of the party by Miliband types.Although the Public Sector is huge it is not sufficient to give Labour the votes it needs on its own.
