Top banks count the cost of the credit crunch

JP Morgan is estimating that the credit crunch will result in top European banks missing out on £415 million in profits in the second half of this year, reports the FT this morning. Following the sub prime crisis banks are unable to sell sophisticated securities in the volume they are used to.  London will be hit hardest by this change.
