Another headache for Brown

James Forsyth 11:58pm

On top of the whole McBride business, this story in the Mail On Sunday's diary suggests there is yet more damage to come on the expenses front for the government:

The prospect of ministerial mayhem when full details of MPs’ expenses receipts are published in the summer may force Gordon Brown to delay the Cabinet reshuffle due after the June Euro elections.

'We are braced for a rash of ministerial resignations when they come out in July,’ said a Labour Whip.

‘There is no point having a reshuffle in June if we have to do it all over again a month later.’

Things just keep getting worse for Brown.

My word read this absolutley devastating leader in the Mail on Sunday:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1169332/MAIL-ON-SUNDAY-COMMENT-Juvenile-buck-stops-Brown.html?ITO=1490

Ends with:

Mr Brown has never put his stewardship of the nation to the vote, but the time will come and, when it does, there cannot be much doubt what the verdict of the electorate will be.

Why resignations. Can any of them be any more brazen than Jacqui SMith?

I have said it before but I must say it again!

All of the labour shower are very ugly people; there is not one who is fair of face, it is as though the poison that ferments inside each of them is there for all to see.

Compare them with the Tory's not all are handsome and few are pretty but most have a very pleasant countenance.

Spot on. Their blotchy suet faces typify the venality and corruption of the Labour project in its dying days.

Don't get too complacent, you lot. Remember when it comes to financial sleaze the Tories can usually knock Labour into a cocked hat.

These receipts if ever they do, uncensored, see the light of day will be dynamite.

I for one will be looking closely at the breakdown of Dave's £148k - did the taxpayer cough up for those oh so unctuous windmills?

TGF UKIP. In the meantime, dear chap, confine yourself by investigating your party's finance. Expenses etc.

See if you can examine all their receipts (if they exist). I doubt it.

ukip is a disgrace. So we will not take any lessons on book keeping from ukip thank you.
