A glimpse inside the Tory war room
Peter Hoskin 2:11pmThe Tories have just launched the first in their new series of "War room Briefings"; videos which go behind-the-scenes of their campaign operation. It's not earth-shattering stuff - but a nice use of the internet nonetheless, and good viewing for us political anoraks:
P.S. While we're talking online videos, the Economist's Bagehot blog has a post on how YouTube is "helping to finish off" Brown.

Little known as yet, but it's rumoured in certain circles that on top of all his 'war room' gearing up for the elections he has found time to draft an autobiography of fittingly epic proportion: working title "Remembrance of Time's Pasties"

April 29th, 2009 12:02pm Report this commentEric Pickles: oafish, patronising conman! His behaviour may charm some people on this thread, but I find his phony working-class accent and his 'I'm just an ordinary bloke like you' act quite pathetic.
He may not do commuter trains, but he certainly does the gravy variety.
