Hutton to quit the Cabinet

The BBC are reporting that John Hutton--the man who predicted that Gordon Brown would be a 'fing disaster as PM'--is leaving the Cabinet.

Could we, please, have some comment on the local elections, at some point today, exciting as this Reshuffle of the Numpties is.

In Hertfordshire the BNP came second with 17% of the vote. If this is what's happening there, what's the position elsewhere? And what does it mean?

Despite his Tony Benn-style mad, staring eyes Hutton was the last halfway decent human left in this maggot-ridden regime. He's done the honourable thing.

C Powell, and Geert Wilders' party got around 16.6% of the vote in the exit polls in Holland. Considerably higher, I believe, than Jaqui Smith's majority in her sister's box room.

Politicians of Britain and Europe: are you beginning to see a pattern emerging here?
