A new daily must read
11:05am
If you haven’t already, do go and take a look at CentreRight.com which launched today. Brought to you by the team behind the essential Conservative Home, its aim is to be a hub for the conservative movement in Britain. The contributors list is stellar and includes such name as Jill Kirby, Liam Fox, Stephan Shakespeare, Matthew Elliott and Douglas Murray.
This morning, I’d particularly recommend Greg Hands’s post on what the Met should learn from their counterparts in New York and Stefan Shakespeare’s thoughts on why the British political class are so excited about the American elections. CentreRight.com promises to be another splendid addition to the UK blogging scene.

January 14th, 2008 12:52pm Report this commentQuite right O faceless one. A blog without a comment box is about as useful as a pub with no beer, wherein the landlord enjoys railing on to himself in the mirror . Perhaps they haven't got their act together yet - an all too familiar trait for the Tories for past 15 years or so, and unfortunately no discernible improvements visible on the horizon ... yet!

January 14th, 2008 6:13pm Report this commentWould agree, no comments severely diminishes it. That said, however, with no readily recognisable Tory SocDems as main contributors, it does at least look authentically conservative. Could this mark the start of the fight back by the Right in the Conservative Party and an attempt to head off the march leftward to ever increasing, green, PC, SocDemmery?
