An Interesting Sentence

10:10am

Well, OK, a fragment of one:

John X, strangled in the Castel Sant' Angelo by his mistress's daughter so that she could install her own bastard son by Pope Sergius III on the papal throne;

Interesting lot the early medieval popes, eh?

There's nothing of that in the Wikipedia entry* so Hurrah! for books say I.

However, looking at that entry, I find this site, Find a Grave. A fascinating little site, doing exactly what it says on the tin, telling you where people are buried. So, umm, Hurrah! for Wikipedia as well.

* Although by the time you read this I wouldn't be all that surprised if someone adds it.
