Introducing Dave

Peter Hoskin 4:04pm

Readers of the magazine will be familiar with Michael Heath's series of 'Flash Gordon' cartoons, based on the life and sulks of our glorious Prime Minister.  Well, now it's got a successor – 'Dave' – which, naturally enough, focuses on the Tory leader and would-be PM, Mr Cameron.  Here's the first of them, from this week's issue, for the benefit CoffeeHousers.  Just click on the image to make it bigger:

How much are you paying Heath for this rubbish? Never mind, at least when things get tougher, Fraser will know where he can make his first spending cut.

More anti-Tory drivel from The Spectator. Don't whinge when Jordan Brown gets re-elected boys 'n girls, you've done your bit to scupper Cameron.

Heath is loosing his touch. That isn't even remotely amusing.

Good work from Michael Heath.

Fortunately, I saw neither Dave nor The Other One blubbing on TV. Wasn't Piers Morgan the bloke who published those faked photographs of our troops supposedly abusing Iraqi prisoners? Imagine how degrading it would be to have to blub on cue for a creature like that...

Michael has a very distinctive style, and he ought to be able to get some good mileage out of Dave.
