The rules state that your main home is where you spend most nights. Cooper-Balls and their children live in London, which is where their children go to schools so they must spend at least 4 nights there every week. How they've got away with claiming that London is not their main home but their second home is a mystery? The rest of us wouldn't last 5 minutes trying to pull a similar stunt with the Inland Revenue.
