I do hope that if Ed Timpson wins this thing, he makes use of his speech to lay into the Labour campaign. Not in a way that would make him appear a bad winner, but a "the people of C&N have taken to the Conservative's positive campaign, in stark contrast to the old-fashioned, nasty and under-hand tactics of some of my opponents" sort of way.

"That number was the Conservative's campaign office in Nantwich, used for people wanting lifts to the polling booths." Mwahhahahah

Perry of England. Also British in the sense of formerly Great, and proud of what it once meant

Now I wonder which genius dreamt this little spoof up? Or would it have needed a plitical meetin, with minits an’ stuff?

Not strictly hoax, - more subdued, silent, sullen, suppressed perhaps? But, assuming a Tory success, how will Al-ja-Beeba report events in C&N whilst keeping true to their remit of pandering to Noo-Lie-Bore?

Whatever, it must add fuel to the smouldering fire of demands for a thorough inquiry into the BBC and its future.

Perry, I'm going for 'Labour suffers by-election shock'.

Keep going, Perry. It's lovely stuff!

I trust you'll be enjoying a large glass of bubbly when the C&N result comes in.
