I thought the Lisbon Treaty didn't exist any more. Given that the Irish destroyed it an' all ... What's the ratify?

The biggest obstacle for the Irish Mote is the Bully Beefs of Europe and their Lisbon Beastie, no doubt concessions will be made
to get the Irish on board, but if they don’t sign the Treaty will
go ahead anyway without them and any others and the lone wolves will have to deal with the pack and the leftovers until submission.

Our only hope against the treaty is a Great Royal stand, if by the
Queens not signing it has the power of obstruction, then a
Petition should be created and presented to her Majesty, a
Cause David Davies and Liberty could champion.

Let the Battle begin….We may not have the missing seal,
But we still have the quill at hand.
