It's fake, albeit a funny fake. Something tells me that you wouldn't have posted this if the victim had been a woman and she had had her breasts or ovaries accidentally removed. I also doubt very much whether you'd have reacted in the same way if this had happened to either of your nephews.

stephen tos OLD! If you look at a proper verision on youtube you will find the whole thing was a comedy sketch, i.e. a Dutch, or Belgian version of the Alan Partidge show. You have been duped!
