Do you really think I'm going to read a newspaper that allows people like Osama Saeed, who sees no objection to the return of the Caliphate? Do you really think I'm going to use the Guardian newspaper other than to start a fire with(only if I find a copy of it in the street as I certainly won't buy one). And really, I have no interest in reading anything from the dhimmi Seth Freedman and couldn't care whether he's lived in Jerusalem for two years or not. You can be sure that if he writes for the Guardian then he's certainly left wing and anti Israel.
And regarding homosexuals, the Christian Church may disagree with it but they do not tell their followers to kill them. There's a big difference in that.

NO, because neither the French resistence nor the Afghan Mujids of the time attacked innocent third-parties ( such as civilians ) but concentrated on fighting their respective German and Russian enemies. Pifili & An American.....my age meant that I lived through the era of 'de-colonisation' in British history and,broadly,supported the return of colonies to home rule.I even supported the right of Israel to exist,and still do....despite losing a family member to 'Jewish extremism' in 1946.I dare say that there aren't many of the left wing luvvies shouting their support for Palestine etc.who can claim that sort of background.

We have all our loudly-proclaimed anti-terrorist legislation which seems only to be used against opposition politicians and Icelandic banks.

Whatever happened to all the old, tried and tested charges - incitement, conspiracy, simple breach of the peace...? I seem to remember that you could make a complaint about this sort of thing and it would be investigated and charges made, if appropriate.

For whatever reason and no matter by whom, we cannot just let our existing laws be ignored. If nothing else this is a matter of civilised public order, notwithstanding the political and religious elements of 'the case'. It has very little to do with free speech, which is assumed.

We have not lost this 'culture war' as some put it, we are simply not fighting it on our own terms as a society.
