Wednesday 27th June 2012 at Royal Geographical Society, London
As David Cameron and Alex Salmond hammer out the practicalities of Scotland's independence referendum, we at The Spectator are wading right into the matter at hand. ‘It's time to let Scotland go’ is the motion of our forthcoming debate — and it's sure to provoke another fiery evening at the RGS where we convene on 27th June. Can Scotland survive on its own? Are the cultural bonds too strong to break? Will English tourists be met by border guards? These and other questions will no doubt be addressed by our panellists.
