There can be few educated people who do not believe that individuals like Streicher and Goebbels were as responsible - in some ways, far more so - for the Holocaust as the many millions of people from all across Europe who in large ways and small actually carried it out. In similar fashion, when today Jewish children, women and men are blown up in Israel by Islamofascists and beaten up on the streets of London and Manchester, there can be little doubt that newspapers like the Guardian and Independent and broadcasters like the BBC are also in large part responsible. Steeped in the blood of innocent Jews, the men and women employed by such organisations are the Einsatzgruppen of the world of journalism. The truly frightening part of this is that like Goebbels and Streicher they possess far more power than those mobile units of mass-murder which so embody the evil that gripped Europe during World War II.

Mr. Dawkins is a cultivated fool. But he is correct. And furthermore it is old hat. Dr. Mahathir Mohamed of Malayasia fame already stated that 1,000,000,000 Moslems are as a nothing compared to 13,000,000 Jews. So insted of being frightened as Finkelstone is, the world should accept that 13 million Jews control the world and happily live with it. It is infinitly better than 1 billion Moslems controlling the world.

Dear Oh Dear. Are we still spinnning at 78rpm. Today, we are back again with the Lebanese and their cry of foul because the Jews keep fighting back. Is it possible that the Jews are not familiar with the concept of Victims? Do they not realise that you are not supposed to complain or fight back when it is only Jews who are attacked and Killed? When they turn and defend theirselves, much of the world throws up is hands in horror and claims the Jews as aggressors. When in fact they are defending their future and their very lives. I have posted a notice or two, on more than one Websites about Gloalisation. January's £40. Tax on carbon Emissions and things like that. Including another Tax on Rubbih disposal, this time another £40 Extra for Extra Rubbish. And while you are "atit", will you be good enough to pick up at least half of that useles lot of Bloody "dross" at the Council Offices. And find a safe and compliant "elf" and safety procedure, by which they can be disposed of with no cost to the TaxPayer.(You might want to send them to the Lebanon or Palestine where they will be at home). I suggest that anyone under the misapprehension that Dawkins is an intellectual should read the late David Stove’s demolition of Dawkin’s crackpot theory of memes, which is totally unscientific bollocks.

Dawkin's book, "The God Delusion", is not a book about God. It is a book about God delusions, particularly his own. If you define God as some mythical, supernatural, fatherly figure in heaven, then it won't be too difficult to produce a rational argument against it. But if you define God as something more real and tangible, such as "I", then it completely demolishes the atheistic argument. "Do I exist?". "Is there any evidence for the existence of I?" People are quick to point out that the bible is often taken too literally, but sometimes I'm of the opinion that the bible isn't taken literally enough: 1. "Be still, and know that I am God". 2. "I and my father are one". 3. No-one comes to the father except through I". 4. "I am the way, the truth and the Life". 5. "I shall never leave thee, nor forsake thee, and all that I have is thine". Is that not the "I" speaking?

Whatever Dawkins is, he is certainly no fool. He is a brilliant popularizer of biology and has written some of the most inspiring books in that field. He has, in particular, an unparalleled ability to use metaphor. I am sure he feels that opposing the bigotry of religion is the most worthy cause for the exercise of his considerable intellect and energy. I dislike some of his tactics (the comment re Jews is one) but cannot fault his underlying logic or motivation. Incidentally, for JohnH's benefit, David Stove has not demolished anything. He is simply out of his depth.

Dawkins wrote in his recent manifesto 'The Out Campaign' http://richarddawkins.net:80/article,1471,The-Out-Campaign,Richard-Dawkins Atheists are more numerous than religious Jews, yet they wield a tiny fraction of the political power, apparently because they have never got their act together in the way the Jewish lobby so brilliantly has: the famous 'herding cats' problem again. Not clear which religious Jewish lobby. There are many influential Jewish groups and a lot of the time they lobby against each other (I can't think of a single foreign policy issue on which Bill Clinton's former confidant Rabbi Michael Lerner of 'Tikkun' and Republican-leaning leaders of 'Agudath Israel' are in agreement). Reality doesn't quite tally with Dawkins's line of thought

Dawkins is in danger of being the next Chomsky: respected within his own discipline, disastrous outside it. I don't actually think he is anti-semitic, though this particular quote does make him sound like the next David Irving. The problem is his atheist fundamentalism - he doesn't just think religion is false, he thinks it is simply an unmitigated evil. This is as tiresome as the religious fundamentalism that he attacks. And it warps his judgment on any issue which has anything to do with religion: this is just an example. Incidentally the idea of an atheist political lobby is in itself silly. Can anyone suggest a single issue on which there's a plausible "atheist" line? Atheists can be found at all points on the political spectrum. You might as well try organising a political lobby on the basis of people sharing the same star sign.

It's characteristic of the war party to say the Guardian, the Independent and the BBC are somehow as bad as Goebbels was (is?), and support "Islamofascism". The war party (including the devil) relies on scaring certain ordinary Jews who then devote whatever powers they possess to supporting the aims of the war party by writing in hateful and cautionary letters to any website forum that mentions or hints at anti-Semitism. This exhausting addiction is a guaranteed formula for yet further increasing fear and hatred and the probability of war(s). As evident in the Times and this column, sensible Jews can remain friends with non-Jews easily and defend people they might disagree with -- even Dawkins. The war party recruits want payback for the past(s) (and future?) and adopt common slogans defending their goals, however extreme, while excusing any and all wrongdoings. A sensible man of our times will see that continuous war even against people(s) you don't like or disagree with is ultimately wrong and dangerous. And I imagine the majority of refugees from the Shoa would be horrified by the words of the war party if they were here today. I’m utterly fed up of all this hatred myself but wish to help people to understand that there is hope, and even joy, to be found now and from the past. And relax. If Dawkins (a cruel devil himself) is a repellent anti-Semite and racist (which might not from his atheist-scientific point of view be "wrong") then clearly publication of his books will soon be banned and he'll lose his tenure at Oxford. Oh and Jews read the Guardian too! Once while reading the Guardian (too slowly) in a public library in London an elderly Jewish lady impatiently snatched the paper from me. Perhaps she thought I was Jewish.

How is that for propaganda, a comment that the Jewish lobby is highly influential in US foreign policy is blown up into an anti Semetic mis-representation that the Jews run the world. This sort of thing devalues the term anti Semetic and makes it harder to bring attention to real examples racism and anti Semeticism. Shame on you.
