Barack Obama's secret service code name is renegade.

This is the Merriam Webster definition of a renegade:

1 : a deserter from one faith, cause, or allegiance to another
2 : an individual who rejects lawful or conventional behavior

Are they trying to tell us something?

I pray that it is a hint that Obama will renegade every liberal thought. Oh, Lord!! This could be true.

The answer is no, they're not trying to tell us anything. They were just going for some meaningless word that was suitably alpha-male.

Maybe somebody remembered Marshall Aid and suggested "Barrack-aid" but was over-ruled because it might give Wall Street and General Motors the wrong idea, or even remind other people of the French Revolution?

Why are you Zionists so upset about OB1?

Don t you want him sorting out peace in the Middle East?

In the vernacular, it can also mean a departure from the norm...a, well...maverick.

I think it is an apt moniker.

"Are they trying to tell us something?"

Yes. But nothing we haven't already worked out.

Yep that this a cheap post and you're a sore loser.

Cheap, THX1138?

Not at all.

It was sponsored by Bill Ayers' living room, which is where Barack Obama launched his political career.

Obama is a fresh hope for Israel.

I hope he will overcome the roadblocks to peace thrown up within Israel with the same determination he uses to counter those that come from without.

That's weak.

Ruth, what "roadblocks to peace, thrown up in Israel" are you talking about?
The only roadblock to peace is that the world is patently ignoring who owns the West bank. It belongs to Israel and always has! I am curious to see how Obambi will interpret history, because if he goes against Israel, both he and the USA will go down the tubes, just as every nation from the beginning of time has fallen by the way when they have turned on her.

Great post. This is the kind of hard hitting journalism I log on for.
