Yesterday was my second visit to Wembley. Despite the criticisms I think the views of the pitch are good and the transport links work well.

But the facilities are awful. I queued for 40 minutes to buy a drink. The toilets were an offence to public health. And the staff surly and rude.

Not good enough.

Typical Spurs fan, first thing you win in a gazillion years & your moaning about the bogs. Big congrats though from the other half of Norf London.

You are spot on. I was amazed at the poor facilities on Level 5: not enough of them and badly designed. The concourse areas were far too small/too narrow as well. Programmes on sale only in the ground at souvenir kiosks with enormous queues. I think all this explains some of the empty seat phenomenon after half time at recent Wembley games - it was a feat to get to the toilet and back in 15 minutes let alone buy any refreshments. It would be interesting to see what would happen if the stadium needed to be evacuated in an emergency. Didn't spoil a great win thoughh!
