Call me vicious, call me - as someone did the other day - the sort of person who'd laugh at a funeral. But I don't care.
Please keep him. Don't - pace Trevor Kavanagh - "save this proud man from further torture". The simple fact is I am enjoying watching Gordon B fall apart, piece by over-rated-fraudulent-deserves-everything-he-gets piece.

June 30th, 2008 4:22pmWho cares what you think when all you can come up with is some more personal bigotry.
Say something interesting or challenging, instead of just cutting and pasting other people's slurs.

June 30th, 2008 4:28pmI second that Stephen! David Cameron's reported 'Go easy on Gordon' tack is surely the one to take. Keep it up Mr Brown - you're the surest friend of the Conservative Party for many a year.

June 30th, 2008 6:39pmYes - this is vicious. I'm enjoying watching everything he REPRESENTS falling apart, not the man himself.

July 1st, 2008 12:31amShould we care about a man who could calculate that cutting the 10p tax rate would push 5.6 million into poverty BUT would probably help him bribe the middle class into voting for him in the General Election That Never Was.
Why should any one feel sorry for that kind of person?
He deserves all he is currently getting ...........it's just a pity that it isn't also happening to his predecessor.

July 1st, 2008 5:55amWonderful thing when a person decides he or she is going "laugh at a funeral" look little Zachariah there is the dead body and to the left of the article in question you'll find his mourning family.

July 1st, 2008 7:49amShouldn't there be some sort of 'not being an idiot' threshold for commenters here? It would at least save us from the 'thoughts' of ;@ (so named because he wears his colon for an 'at?)
;@
July 1st, 2008 9:00amIf there was a threshold I doubt your comment would have appeared, so called because he's yet another insignificant voice. The idiocy of the blog entries tone needed to be pointed out (inadvertently) if you couldn't cotton on then stay asleep.

July 1st, 2008 9:08amThat will happen when you get a threshold on "personal bigotry" which some of us would perceive as idiotic.

July 1st, 2008 10:07amIf Brown becomes to be identified clearly as a benfit to the Tory party i.e. Cameron stays easy on him - then the Labour Party will strike him out.
It could be good tactics by Cameron to continue with his gently, gently treatment.

July 1st, 2008 10:04pmShouldn't there also be a threshold of actually generating meaning, rather than gibberish, when you put words in a sequence?
