What are you drinking on Christmas Day?

Our Spectator Wine Club partners have listed what they are going to have to drink over the festive season in the features section,but what are you going to have? Our family Christmas Day gets under way properly when we have smoked salmon on fresh baguette with lemon and capers washed down by a good Champagne.
