Best wine this year
by Henry Rymill on December 24th, 2008 12:49pmWhat is the best wine you have tasted this year and why? Maybe it was from one of the Spectator Wine Club offers. A couple come to mind for me. One is the Terroir Selection Chenin Blanc, Springfontein, Walker Bay 2007 from South Africa which I tasted at a tasting held by Private Cellar and the other was the Château Pedesclaux 5th Growth, Pauillac, Bordeaux I tasted with the fromvineyardsdirect chaps.
