Avocet Infinite aims to become a major part of the ‘sustainability revolution’. It makes use of a ‘unique hydroponic system’ to produce fodder to grow ideal barley for cows. The cows’ waste is then made into a biogas and gradually synthesised into methanol which ‘will run in any diesel engine’.
