Yes indeed. Once upon a time we had policies first and then wondered about how to present them in a persuasive fashion. That’s not the way the game is played these days. Is it?Mr Osborne’s positioning is perfect. He has chosen the right trajectory, and is expressing the Tory mission in the right language. All he needs now are the policies.
