The Equalities and Human Rights Commission has found Labour responsible for unlawful acts of discrimination and harassment. In a long-awaited report, the body identified three breaches of the Equality Act 2010:
- Political interference in anti-Semitism complaints;
- A failure to provide proper training to those handling anti-Semitism complaints, and;
- Harassment.
