HarmBlock: Ending the sexualisation of children

At SafeToNet, we decided to change that. For over a decade, we’ve helped families in more than 130 countries with parental control technology. But filters and restrictions only go so far. Parents, teachers and policymakers kept telling us the same thing: we need a way to stop harm before it happens.

So we built HarmBlock: the world’s first on-device AI that makes smartphones and tablets porn-incompatible for children and teens. Unlike anything before it, HarmBlock doesn’t just block websites. It steps in at the critical moment, and even with the camera itself, to prevent sexual images or videos from being created in the first place. That means sextortion, grooming and explicit content can be stopped before they ever reach a child’s screen.

This is not surveillance. Children deserve privacy, and parents deserve peace of mind. HarmBlock runs silently on the device, which means no uploads, no spying, no complex setup. Just built-in protection, working in real time, so families can trust the devices their children use every day.

We’re already partnering with the UK Home Office, International Justice Mission and global law enforcement to help prevent livestreamed abuse and human trafficking. And the HarmBlock technology is also available on the world’s first porn-incompatible smartphone, launched with Vodafone and Three in the UK.
