Clearly this was supposed to be a private message text message sent to some lobby hack, presumably with Huhne complaining about George Osborne or something like that.
It’s getting to the stage where it’s more embarrassing – that is pitifully humiliating – to keep Huhne hanging around in the cabinet than it would be to send him off into the wilderness of the Lib Dem backbenches.
