Lib Dem conference: Wednesday fringe guide

Every morning throughout party conference season, we’ll be providing our pick of the fringe events on Coffee House. 

Today is the final day of the Liberal Democrats’ annual conference in Glasgow and the fringes are drying up. But if you are up bright and early, there are still a few worth catching:
