As we all know, we live in strange times and to do our part to shield our readers The Spectator has decided to cancel events until the end of June. This means that several of our Spectator Winemaker Lunches will need to be cancelled or postponed. If you have already booked for any of these you will, of course, be refunded.
Details of this and subsequent events will follow, but if you would like to register your interest in the following events below in the meantime, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Until we meet again, stay safe and make sure you have enough wine to see you through these dark days.
Future wine events for which you might like to register your interest and for which details will follow soon:
Friday 18th Sept 2020 = Clays, Claret and Cognac Cruise – a day spent cruising in a Thames Sailing Barge from Greenwich to the Thames Barrier and back up-stream to Tower Bridge which will open specially for us. There will be clay pigeon shooting on the river, a tutored wine tasting, a fine three course lunch and plenty of digestifs.
Friday 25th Sept 2020 = Bodegas Roda – one of the leading lights of new wave Rioja.
Friday 23rd Oct 2020 = Craggy Range – one of New Zealand’s most celebrated wineries.
*We will communicate any further changes to the schedule should the need arise.
