It’s been a while since we last checked in on Arnold Schwarzenegger and last time we looked California remained a basket-case (making it an awkward poster child for the Tories “let’s all be Californian” motif. But hey, that was in happier, more lucrative times. So fret not.) Still, it’s good to see that the Governator still enjoys excellent relations with the state legislature. Consider this letter:
